This is truly a superb driving bmw, not only did it out perform m3's of the era, it also proved to be more reliable than the m3 and was not plagued by the rod bearing issues that its big brother experienced. it’s also interesting to note that not only did they introduce the upgraded engine for 2001, this was also the first year that traction control was included. given that this model is in exceptional condition throughout with only the slightest signs of wear, the next owner should have many years of enjoyment.
